| Our records indicate you’ve taken action on a Leadnow campaign recently – thank you! Every January we run a survey with our community to help set our priorities for the year. As someone who has participated in Leadnow campaigns, we’re interested in hearing from you – read on for more details.
Asarial, Leadnow is a people-powered organization. When we win campaigns, it’s because thousands of people just like you unite to take action collectively and make a difference. It’s truly democracy in action. This approach works because of the shared interests, concerns and priorities of the Leadnow community. That’s why we work hard to give our community the chance to express their own priorities regularly, to keep everyone on the same page. And one of the most important ways we do that is to survey supporters and members. In a few weeks, Leadnow’s staff team will come together for our first in-person planning retreat since 2020. We’d love to get your feedback on some of the themes we are considering as we begin to plan our future work over the next few years. We will use the priority survey to guide our campaign decisions in February, and to ensure that we’re staying focused on the issues that matter most to you. We also ask for your input about current political topics, so we can keep our fingers on the pulse of new developments. But it only works if we have a sample size that is representative of the whole community – which means we need you. Will you take a few minutes now to help shape the direction of Leadnow over the year to come and beyond? We’ve included the first question below to help you get started: How do you feel about the state of Canada in 2023?
Democracy is built of millions of small actions just like this one. And however important you may or may not think an individual survey is, I know – because you’re a Leadnow member and supporter – that you share my belief that democracy is worth the effort.
